I love baking. Whether it’s trying something new and exciting or recreating old favourites - I enjoy each step in the process. I love the joy of sharing with my friends and family what I make. From a hobby this has grown into a bespoke baking business, as I realised how dry, bland and often just boring mass produced cakes and cookies in my home town can be. Spending time in the kitchen whipping up something awesome is my best, making happy celebration moments for you with your friends, notalgic memories with your family and providing that emergency cookie for those days that nothing else will do.
